Hospital Schedule Optimizer

Managing providers and scheduling their work was making the hospital operations a havoc with dedicated scheduling team doing monotonous jobs and complicated manual processes. Providers also had difficult in knowing the latest schedules and communicating changes to the operations team. Customer wants to build a system that can help improve the scheduling process. 

A cloud-based solution deployed on top of Azure is delivered. The solution enabled schedulers to easily manage schedules giving them more time to analyze trends and manage expenses. We also enabled providers access to the system where they can see their schedules, initiate shift swaps, request time-offs, shift swaps & more.
