With strong understanding of supplier management process and relevant compliance processes in the US, customer had a product idea of implementing a centralized Supplier Management product that can be licensed & sold. 

 With our strong product building skillsets, we helped customer refine the idea to a defined set of features, helped build the user experience, defined technology stack for the product considering the future growth potential and the customer needs. We identified a subset of features that can be developed as an MVP along with data migration from Oracle to MS SQL. We also suggested and built the platform over cloud as SaaS allowing the system to achieve true flexibility & scalability.
